If one link in a chain is broken, the chain is no good. Your body is the same way. Our body is a complete organism and if one component; either exercise, nutrition, recovery, or mindset is broken, your body will not work.
My hope is this program will accomplish a few things:

• Help you understand what, why, when and how much you should be eating?

• Help you fix any broken links in your fitness and nutrition chain.

Together, with a small army of like-minded individuals, we'll complete a fun and result-focused 8-week fitness and nutrition program. We'll complete 5 workouts per week for 30-minutes per session. Plus 1 additional Benchmark workout which can be done as part of any workout
The workouts will be
· Monday: Lower Body Focused with Functional Movements
· Tuesday: Upper Body Focused with HRV Training
· Wednesday: Metabolic Conditioning
· Thursday: Lower Body with Mobility
· Friday: Upper Body Plus
Saturday and Sunday are make-up days OR we will provide you additional workouts designed for your specific goals.
Each day I’ll post a quick 2-3-minute video explaining the workout and demonstrating the exercises. You are then free to complete the workout wherever you like any time during the day.
You will complete the benchmark workouts as part of the evaluation. We will not harass you to complete these, however, they are important to the integrity of the program and will allow our coaches to fine tune your program to help you receive the desired results.
