The Fitness Upgrade Program

8 Week Exercise, Nutrition and Lifestyle Upgrade Program

Is this challenge right for you?


If one link in a chain is broken, the chain is no good.  Your body is the same way.  Our body is a complete organism and if one component; either exercise, nutrition, recovery, or mindset is broken, your body will not work.   


My hope is this program will accomplish a few things:

• Help you to stop struggling to achieve the goals you set and get the results you want? 

• Help you become stronger and perform better?

• Help you to stop feeling out of control with your eating?

• Help you understand what, why, when and how much you should be eating?

• Help you lower your biological age and look and feel younger

• Help you fix any broken links in your fitness and nutrition chain.

TOPICS TO BE COVERED

Each week we will focus on each or the following areas:


  • Strength Training: tighten the body and ignite metabolism (3-4x week)
  • Conditioning: Improve endurance and Heart Rate Variability (10 - 20 mins daily)
  • Active Lifestyle: Burn fat as energy (Customized for each individual)
  • Nutrition because you are what you eat (Nutrition outline and coaching)
  • Fasting (Optional)... To improve Gut and Brain Health.  (education and slow start guide)
  • Hydration:  How water energizes the body. 
  • Supplements... To excel your progress. 
  • Sleep and Rest... To recover and thrive each day

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

 

Together, with a small army of like-minded individuals, we'll complete a fun and result-focused 8-week fitness and nutrition program. We'll complete 5 workouts per week for 30-minutes per session. Plus 1 additional Benchmark workout which can be done as part of any workout


The workouts will be 

· Monday: Lower Body Focused with Functional Movements

· Tuesday: Upper Body Focused with HRV Training

· Wednesday: Metabolic Conditioning 

· Thursday: Lower Body with Mobility 

· Friday: Upper Body Plus

Saturday and Sunday are make-up days OR we will provide you additional workouts designed for your specific goals.


Each day I’ll post a quick 2-3-minute video explaining the workout and demonstrating the exercises. You are then free to complete the workout wherever you like any time during the day. 

You will complete the benchmark workouts as part of the evaluation. We will not harass you to complete these, however, they are important to the integrity of the program and will allow our coaches to fine tune your program to help you receive the desired results.
 

Workout / Pricing Options

· OPTION 1:         Workouts via our private group page: 2 payments of $39

· OPTION 2:         Unlimited Group Classes at the studio: 2 Payments of $129

· OPTION 3:         **Semi-Private Training* (Includes option 1 & 2): 2 Payments of $259

· OPTION 4:         **Personal Training (2x Week) + Classes ($ Call for Pricing)
